ACCESSIBILITY

Guests with Disabilities: Accessibility Guide

Everything you need to know to enjoy Gardaland in total comfort: reduced rates, dedicated services and access to attractions.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ A Note on Safety

On some attractions, for safety reasons, guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a person who can assist them during the ride. The park's staff is available at the Welcome Desk to check the access conditions for each attraction together with you, with the same care given to pregnant guests and families with specific needs.

Gardaland Plus only lists here the information useful for accessibility for people with disabilities. As a fanpage and information site, this information is only a report based on Gardaland Resort's official communications. For more details on accessibility, we recommend you always visit and contact Gardaland's official channels.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Tickets and Admission

Guests with disabilities who are not self-sufficient (and therefore cannot use the attractions independently โ€” for example guests in wheelchairs, blind guests, or those with cognitive or behavioural disabilities) enter for free by presenting the appropriate certification. Their companion is entitled to a reduced ticket (โ‚ฌ54 for the 2026 Season); other members of the group pay full price.

Guests with disabilities who are self-sufficient instead pay a dedicated rate, available only at the Welcome Desk (no discounts on annual passes or membership, and no reduction for the companion).

Accepted certifications: INPS disability assessment report, ASL (local health authority) certification, Disability Card, or a certificate issued by a recognized body. Free tickets or tickets at the dedicated rate can only be collected at the Welcome Desk; the rest of the group can buy online in advance.

๐Ÿ“ Welcome Desk

The Welcome Desk is the point of reference for guests with special needs: it is located next to the entrance Castle, to the right of the Park's main entrance. After parking, follow the dedicated signs.

Here you can collect free tickets or tickets at the dedicated rate, request the available benefits, and get an assessment for priority access to attractions. We recommend stopping by the Welcome Desk as soon as you arrive, so you can plan your day with all the information you need.

๐ŸŽข Access to Attractions

Each attraction has specific accessibility criteria, designed to guarantee everyone's safety: staff assess case by case whether the seating, restraint devices and emergency evacuation methods allow for safe use. For this reason, guests with reduced mobility, low vision, blindness or cognitive disabilities must always be accompanied by an adult.

The Park also offers priority access to attractions, assessed at the Welcome Desk upon presentation of certification: it does not guarantee immediate entry, but priority over the regular queue, particularly useful on high-attendance days.
