On some attractions, for safety reasons, guests with disabilities are required to be accompanied by a person who can assist them during the ride. Park staff are available at the Welcome Desk to check the access conditions for each attraction together with you, with the same care given to pregnant guests and families with specific needs.

If you are expecting, you are entitled to a reduced entry ticket. To take advantage of it, present the documentation confirming your health condition at the Welcome Desk (next to the entrance Castle).

To collect your tickets, take advantage of discounts and get faster access, head to the Welcome Desk. After the car park and the underpass, follow the signs reserved for guests with special needs: the entrance is next to the entrance Castle.

Most adrenaline attractions (roller coasters, drops, rotations) and several water attractions do not allow access while expecting

Magic House and Cinema 4D Experience are not recommended because they may cause nausea or claustrophobia.
