Parking Prices Hotels
The parking area owned by Gardaland Hotels is subject to a fee. To access the hotel facilities and their parking areas, please follow the instructions below:
- Enter with your vehicle through the entrance in Via Palรน 1 A -37014 Castelnuovo del Garda (VR).
- Approach the barrier and take the ticket with the identifying QR code: keep it carefully for the entire duration of your stay, as you will need it to make the payment and exit.
- Park your vehicle near the hotel where you have booked your stay.
- Go to the automatic payment machine and select the option โฌ12.00 SUBSCRIPTION FOR 72 HOURS OF PARKING: you may enter and exit the hotelsโ parking areas as many times as you like within the validity period of the pass.
- Alwaysย keep your ticket with the QR code handy to exit the hotelsโ parking area.
- If your vehicle remains parked for more than 72 hours, you can choose to pay an extra hourly fee or purchase an additional subscription directly at the automatic payment machine.
IMPORTANT:
- The automatic payment machine ONLY ACCEPTS ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS.
- It is also possible to choose the standard hourly parking option (first2 HOURS FREE, then โฌ1/hour)
- Parking is free for guests with disabilities: after collecting the ticket at the hotel parking entrance, please bring it to the reception, where you will receive the appropriate instructions
EV charging:ย - 6 Enel X charging stations for electric vehicles (fee-based service by external provider). The service is managed and delivered by the external provider Enel X. Frequently asked questions about parking
Yes, two Telepass lanes are available. The charge is billed through your Telepass invoice. If you’re a season pass holder, do NOT use the Telepass lane or you’ll be charged again: use the lane dedicated to season pass holders.
NB: parking is free. The Telepass lane is disabled.
If you’re a season pass holder or bought parking online, you can enter your license plate number through the dedicated portal: the barrier will automatically recognize your car with nothing to show.

To access the camper van parking area, you must buy it online โ it’s not possible at the ticket booths. Spaces are limited. Access is only allowed from the BUS entrance, not from the main car park.
The parking area is not attended: we recommend not leaving valuables in your car. Credit and debit cards are accepted at the ticket booths.
The parking area opens 1 hour before the park opens and closes 1 hour after it closes. Access may be blocked up to 2 hours before the park closes (up to 1 hour before via the BUS entrance). Parking beyond closing time is not allowed.
