Children under 90 cm enter free of charge at all Resort facilities. Above 90 cm and under 10 years old, they pay the reduced rate. Check out our ticket offers.

Yes, all three Hotels are dog friendly for dogs up to 30 kg. Find out about the dedicated services in the guide Gardaland Dog Friendly.

The parking area owned by Gardaland Hotels is subject to a fee. To access the hotel facilities and their parking areas, please follow the instructions below:

  • Enter with your vehicle through the entrance in Via Palรน 1 A -37014 Castelnuovo del Garda (VR).
  • Approach the barrier and take the ticket with the identifying QR code: keep it carefully for the entire duration of your stay, as you will need it to make the payment and exit.
  • Park your vehicle near the hotel where you have booked your stay.
  • Go to the automatic payment machine and select the option โ‚ฌ12.00 SUBSCRIPTION FOR 72 HOURS OF PARKING: you may enter and exit the hotelsโ€™ parking areas as many times as you like within the validity period of the pass.
  • Always keep your ticket with the QR code handy to exit the hotelsโ€™ parking area.
  • If your vehicle remains parked for more than 72 hours, you can choose to pay an extra hourly fee or purchase an additional subscription directly at the automatic payment machine.

IMPORTANT:

  • The automatic payment machine ONLY ACCEPTS ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS.
  • It is also possible to choose the standard hourly parking option (first2 HOURS FREE, then โ‚ฌ1/hour)
  • Parking is free for guests with disabilities: after collecting the ticket at the hotel parking entrance, please bring it to the reception, where you will receive the appropriate instructions

    EV charging:
  • 6 Enel X charging stations for electric vehicles (fee-based service by external provider). The service is managed and delivered by the external provider Enel X. Guests are invited to download the Enel X Way App and read the terms and conditions of use before charging. Click here for EV Charging Details.

Next to the driveway entrance, in a recessed, shaded and defined bay, is the stop for the shuttle bus service to the Park. The space is equipped with seating and a vending machine for cold drinks.

The shuttle bus service is active on Gardaland Park opening days within opening hours: check the calendar here.

The shuttle bus service runs continuously (minimum 10 guests per ride) during peak times.
The journey time may be longer in some time slots due to traffic on the main road section of โ€œGardesanaโ€.
The shuttle bus service is guaranteed up to 30 minutes after the Park’s closing time.

Important! The shuttle bus is equipped with a hydraulic tailgate to facilitate access to the vehicle. In this regard, we ask you to inform reception of need in advance, in order to make getting on and off the bus as easy as possible with respect to the daily schedule.
