The park’s official rules state that smoking is completely prohibited inside the park. Here is what Article 12 of the park’s general rules says: ยซART. no. 12 – Smoking is not allowed inside the Park, except in the specifically designated areas.ยป
But what exactly does this ban cover? Here is Gardaland’s official statement:
ยซThe ban applies to any type of cigarette (regular, electronic, iQOS, etc.). The health and wellbeing of our visitors, especially the youngest ones, matters a great deal to us! For this reason, we have identified some areas of our Park to be used as smoking areas, out of respect for everyone, adults and children alike.ยป
Smoking areas are marked by ashtrays labelled “Area Fumatori”, like the one shown in the image.
