App Guide and Frequently Asked Questions

1) Download the app — available for iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store).
2) Open the app, allow permissions and register — allow camera, NFC and notifications, then register from the ‘profile’ section: registration is essential so you don’t lose your Express passes/Annual Passes.
3) Link your tickets/passes — go to ‘Tickets’ and scan the QR code of your Gardaland Express, Single Ride or Annual Pass. If you’re a pass holder, remember to ‘Update Tickets’ on every visit after validation at the turnstiles.
4) Book the attraction — in ‘Wait Times’ choose the attraction, select the people and click ‘Join the Queue’.

6) Enter the attraction — tap your smartphone on the dedicated NFC turnstile. You can leave the queue at any time before the ‘it’s your turn’ notification without losing your Express.
